Some promotions feel like a surprise. This one feels like the natural next chapter.
We’re thrilled to share that Katelyn Stathers has been promoted to Senior Project Manager, and if you’ve worked alongside her at any point, you probably saw this coming.
Katelyn’s journey with us is honestly a great story. She came on board in a D1 permitting role, gradually took on more project support responsibilities, earned her way into a Project Engineer position, and now she’s stepping into Senior Project Manager. At every single stage, she didn’t just meet expectations, she raised them.
What makes this milestone especially meaningful is that it’s not just about Katelyn (though she absolutely deserves every bit of the spotlight here). It’s also a real-world example of what we’ve been building with our Operations Plan — actual, defined pathways for people to grow, lead, and build long careers here. Katelyn’s trajectory is exactly what that’s supposed to look like.
