As Director of Project Management, Mike will serve as a key link between executive leadership and project teams, helping align strategy with day-to-day operations while strengthening accountability and collaboration.
Supporting Growth With Strong Leadership
The Director of Project Management role was created to provide greater structure and oversight within our project management organization. In this position, Mike will oversee the Project Management and Project Engineer group, offering guidance, consistency, and process alignment across teams. His leadership will help ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
Mike brings extensive experience, a thoughtful leadership approach, and a deep understanding of both our projects and our people. His background makes him exceptionally well positioned to support team success while advancing company-wide goals.
Ensuring Continuity While Expanding Focus
In the near term, Mike will continue operating as Executive Project Manager for the Olympian team, ensuring continuity and performance. At the same time, leadership of the Spartan team will transition to Katelyn, allowing Mike to broaden his focus on strategic coordination and cross-team oversight.
This thoughtful transition supports stability across teams while enabling stronger alignment and collaboration as our organization continues to grow.
