Jessica joined Gordian nearly three years ago as a Project Engineer and quickly demonstrated a strong commitment to learning, growth, and excellence. After transitioning into estimating, she became an integral part of the team, contributing to a diverse portfolio of solar energy projects, including commercial rooftop installations, ground-mounted systems, and solar carports.
Throughout her time at Gordian, Jessica has consistently delivered accurate, detailed estimates while building strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members. Her technical knowledge, dedication, and collaborative approach have made her a trusted resource across the organization.
In her new role as Lead Estimator, Jessica will oversee the estimating team, lead department meetings, and help ensure estimates are completed consistently and accurately. She will also continue conducting vendor and scope reviews while supporting the continued growth and success of Gordian’s estimating operations.
