Will Jawish
Vice President
A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Will Jawish was our very first employee. As a young teen, he started his own landscaping business, which began his lifelong passion for business, finance and construction.
Early on, Will participated in every phase of the company’s development, including sales and design. Once the first solar roof jobs arrived, Will applied his passion for learning and problem solving. With over 10 years of solar project experience, Will leads a team of professionals that addresses the unique challenges of every solar roof, canopy or ground-mount project.
Andrew (AJ) Armstrong
Vice President
AJ Armstrong leads Goridan Energy Systems’ business development department. With over seven years of commercial solar sales experience, AJ assists clients in transforming aspirations for a renewable energy system to “green” reality. AJ provides our clients all the information they need to make an informed decision. He helps organizations save energy, lower operating costs and tell their “Green” story!
Malachi Velez
Director of Commissioning Services
Malachi Velez is a project manager and licensed electrician with over 15 years of commercial, industrial and solar installation experience. As an entrepreneur, Malachi brings a multi-dimensional understanding to projects, process and meeting customer expectations.

Mike Bufalini
Senior Project Manager
Mike Bufalini is a Sr. Project Manager at Gordian Energy Systems. A graduate of Penn State’s school of Energy Engineering, Mike has over five years of solar experience. His desire to learn and challenge himself has enable Mike to take on solar project challenges and accelerate his knowledge and experience. Every commercial solar is a new challenge. Mike is dedicated to creating innovative solutions.
Garrett G. Parks
Chief Financial Officer
A former Partner with Stegman & Company & Dixon Hughes Goodman, Garrett brings over 25 years of experience. He is an important part of the strategic planning for the enterprises and provides oversight of the finance, accounting, and human resource functions.
Garrett is alumni of Valparaiso University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He brings a wealth of expertise from years of advising a wide variety of companies with their financial, operational and business development functions.
Micah Damareck
Chief Relationship Officer
Micah brings more than 20 years worth of sales and sales management experience, along with an ample network of business contacts, to help with the people side of our business. He works to strengthen the relationships our firm has internally, with valued employees and staff, and externally with the clients, vendors and strategic partners we hold in such high regard. Add marketing to the mix and we consider him a valuable member of the team!
Steven Beall
O & M Manager
Steven is an alumnus from UMBC, where he earned his undergraduate mechanical engineering degree. His responsibilities have increased with the growth of the Company. Steven recently earned the highest level of certification as a NABCEP Professional, and his mechanical engineering background brings problems solving and critical thinking to the team.
Steven manages the Operations and Maintenance Department, helping customers maximize their capital investment. His experience and initiative help to ensure quality and improve lifetime project performance.
Mike Sheridan

Mike Sheridan brings thirty years of accounting and finance expertise to the Gordian Energy Systems team. A Baltimore native, Mike earned an undergraduate accounting degree and then an MBA in finance from Loyola College. Mike has developed experience with a variety of manufacturing and retail firms during his career. His broad experience benefits our team with both skills and perspective.
